It might be better to discuss that with a group as a whole, for the reasons Takaomi stated. Besides, it might make us look suspicious if we try too hard to control the entire flow of the trial.
[he pours a bit of liquid into the bowl, after which it. seems to change type? wow, i wonder what ray's ability is. anyway, he takes out his needle and adds the liquid to it, before he injects it into ishikirimaru's axilla. it's a regional anesthetic for his arm, he isn't suddenly knocking him out, don't worry.
it probably won't kick in immediately, but whatever. he pours more into the bowl; it then becomes scalding water, into which ray places a scalpel, waiting for it to heat up.]
[senri, internally: i don't know what ishiri-san's deal is and at this point i'm too afraid of ask
so he lets it go]
... well, there's enough Cunnings to presume that at least one of us have Art of Deduction. I'll save mine, and we can see what the rest turn out to be. It's still worth asking at all if we can pick....
It can be like when we say "Oh, wow, where's that Piety follower that can pick one of the gods for us, what ever can we dooooooo."

["more complicated with a human body" we don't have time to unpack all of THAT so sasuke is just going to not ask
He does cut Senri a "shut up" look, however. Because, yeah, he does.
If Ray's shifting of liquid bothers Sasuke, he doesn't show it when he turns back.] As far as we've seen, not many people have used their powers. They're saving it for the trial, whether to interfere or help.
Things can turn out poorly. So we have to be careful. Things turn out poorly with people in opposition. Everyone has to work together toward a common goal for us to succeed.
There's at least one other Art of Deduction besides you, Senri.
[anyway, once his scalpel is sufficiently heated up, he starts cauterizing ishikirimaru's wounds.]
By the way, I requested that Justice make exemptions to the first two rules so that no one tries to use them to stir up chaos at the trial. We're not sure yet if he can do it, since he's trying not to get into trouble with Cunning, but we'll see tomorrow.
I think I know who you're talking about - I'm going to try to find them after this... but there's two other Cunnings I don't know, so I hope they're feeling helpful.

[he watches ray work, curious-- he trusts he knows what he's doing, but it's not anything he's ever observed.]
... this is much more complicated with a human body, isn't it.

... I'd prefer to leave my involvement out of it. If things go badly and he gets voted for, I don't want to have to switch gods.

As far as anyone outside this room is concerned, I was working alone. The other two who know my ability do not know about you.
If it comes to a point where we cannot deny someone else was there, I'll refuse to give a name-- you are not guilty, and so they do not need to know.
