Well... so long as Oda-san and Mouri-san trust you enough. Connor-san can't do that.... I don't know if Mouri-san would have enough confidence to use it unless it's to confirm an alignment or a killer. So... as long as no one suspects Sasuke in the first place, it should be alright.

At least in the place of Catra - since Entrapta wasn't either of you.

... Mouri suspects Entrapta and Catra for being Ray's killers.

I told them how to use Lie Detection similar to how Ray and I used it last time. [His hand wants to reach up to his face, but he brings it back down.] They'll have a signal and a third party.

Unless they couldn't find a common person between them, and then Mouri would just use it and reveal the results.

You all just have to be careful not to answer telling questions in a yes or no fashion. Ones they can check.
