.... I know - and it's why I agree that balance is the best. I don't want any gods to be left out and... I don't know if Bambi would do that on purpose, but I also don't think that she'd be a bad leader.
But I know that I don't have as much experience with this sort of thing compared to you both...
[senri doesn't like. topple governments or travel through time or have to fight?]
But... she's already a lot better than she was, you know? It took me a little while to reach out to her, and to get her to open up to me, but I think that if you approach her with kindness and good intentions, then she's plenty willing to listen. When she first started, she didn't even think of trying to grant other people's wishes - she didn't have friends, so why would she reward anyone that wasn't following her?
I asked her to think about it, and she said she'll grant small wishes for everyone else now - that's within her power, and I think it's smart, and kind of her.
From the people that love her, I think she'll be able to grow up a lot and listen.
... in my opinion, it's not ideal. I... It's selfish, but I actually would prefer if Bambi got to live a normal life with her friends - but she chose to be a god. If she wants to win, I think that it's not the worst idea to let her.
[He makes a face, but it's softer than he'd like for it to be in the end.]
Figure it out. I'm no use to anything about this. I told Justice I was going to be with him in the end. I can't switch to anyone, even if he said he understood.
I still think it should be Piety or Love. But it isn't up to me.
Too many others aren't willing to switch either. It's going to be a default majority. Those low-lifes with Ambition are going to get their rewards just because they're all with a god who they can get to win.
... I dunno. When I spoke to Love about it, even she said that while she thinks Ambition would be a nice leader and that she grew a lot, she doesn't think she's emotionally mature enough yet for the position.
I feel the same, I think. This is a world we are talking about. They have to be able to handle the responsibility that entails from the start, when everything is still fragile... I have faith she will grow into her role, but I am not certain she should begin by leading.
...if we are unable to get enough people to switch to Piety, then I-- suppose I might be able to support Love, if you all believe she would be a good choice, and if her chances are better. But I would prefer not to have to leave him unless it truly becomes necessary.
... I want your wishes to be granted more than Catra's or Ludger's. Maybe that's not fair, but it's true. Then... right now it's Luke-kun and Ishirin-san. That's two. Guy-san will join you. Three. Taka and myself. Five. If I can get Madopyon, six.
... you can try to convince Shang-san to switch. I told him... I'd tell him who I thought had a better chance of winning. I don't... want to lie to him, when I don't have a clear answer.
I mentioned it to Sieg-kun, Connor-san, and Cinnabon. They're not decided on switching or not, but Sieg-kun might try to work with me.
Lastly, Mizuki-san, Majima-san, and Nonon-san will be staying where they are. That's three people we don't need to consider for the switches - but if they get hit with Advancement Opportunity, they'll probably sooner move to Piety. That's what I think.
But we can't rely on that.
So tomorrow... if you really believe in Piety, please make the arguments that I can't. If we take the three out of consideration, there's 19 participants left. We need ten in order to get a clear majority over Ambition.
Especially since other people will probably be making their own arguments, too, so we'll need to consider all of them or else people will be less willing to listen to ours if it looks like we won't take other opinions into account.
...Dammit. [He looks irritably indecisive. One of his hands balls into a fist.] I'll talk to Cinque. I'm sure whatever Sieg does, Cinque would do and vice versa. [And then he starts to leave??? of course he does]
