The cities I've been in were nothing like this. Is it similar to your home?

and then he's just suddenly hugging him. ]

but he's gotten used to dealing with this from kids, so ishi accepts the hug easily enough, giving him a little pat on the shoulder. hm. maybe this place is making him homesick?]

ishi lets this continue for another few moments before straightening, smiling down at him gently.]

[ he just felt like hugging ishi? and he still doesn't seem weirded out by it, but he's not entirely sure why he wanted to hug him. ]

We can always go somewhere a little different, if that would help. I understand that familiar atmospheres in an unfamiliar place don't always ease one's mind.

[yeah he definitely is just assuming taka is really homesick or something.]

but ishi pauses after they walk in, taking a moment to look around the place.]

It's a bit... louder than I expected.

[it's the music, mostly. he proceeds inside, though, still taking the place in.]

[ taka does not mind the music, but he also goes to fuckin rock concerts and stuff so

this is not that loud in comparison. ]

[give him a second because considering his size and all the fabric involved in that outfit, he probably has to kind of squeeze in and arrange his sleeves again while he gets settled. he is absolutely not dressed for this.]
